MY VOICE ON WOMEN SECURITY

Women and girls are the poorest of the poor. This is because of the extreme forms of discrimination that persist in many parts of the world.
More girls than boys are denied an education. Men still have a monopoly on decision-making at every level from village councils to national government, so even when policies are introduced to help the poor, they often ignore women's needs.
Women are often not allowed to own property or keep the money they earn. As farmers, they get the most marginal land and as workers, they are trapped in the worst jobs for the least amount of pay.
Men's power over women often costs women their lives.Men often use physical violence to reinforce their power over women and girls. In spite of this, it is often a woman who has fought for the small victories over adversity, such as clean water for her family to drink.

The safety of girls in India is zero, although some people can say that their city is safe, but thinking of it no place is safe for a girl on her own.
The kidnappings, rapes during broad daylight, and for those girls who travel, work during the night its even worse for them!

Its easy to say that girls are equal to boys, but when it comes to incidents like this it becomes difficult and the girl is the victim and is low in strength to fight for her self, especially when there is more than one man!

What can be done for the safety of girls in India, and how can the men who
tease the girls or rape them be taught a lesson or even be caught!

cities are not quite safe for the Indian women, especially the girls who have to leave the four walls of their houses either for work or for studies. The situation becomes more worse when the women have to work for late hours at night due to the exigencies of their service. Delhi, the capital of the country has become a crime city where at least one girl is raped at every day on the average. The situation calls for drastic action both on the part of the police and the society at large to reduce the incidence of rape. The punishment for rape ought to be made more deterrent. The police and the authorities responsible to maintain law and order must act fast. The parents at home, especially the mothers and sisters should give moral lessons to their sons and brothers respectively about the safety of the women. The women themselves should be always on alert about their surroundings when they move about. It is always better to take some defensive training these days. As the members of the educational and knowledge sharing portal, let us discuss this issue thoroughly.
The position in Delhi is worst. Women are safer in Chennai, Ahmadabad  Mumbai and Kolkata. Apparently, the law and order situation is worst in Delhi. Delhi is also called rape Capital. All sorts of crimes- dacoity, traffic violations etc are more in Delhi. Nobody is safe in Delhi, However women also suffer from social attitude that regards the rape victims more criminals than the rapers.
the  women in other countries are not safer. But the real problem is social attitude. The women in the west do not face social stigma even after rape. Our women are considered guilty even if they are victims. The society looks down upon the raped or molested women. Thus the society is more guilty than the molester  rape accused.

MY VOICE :-

Every day at least you get one rape story in news paper ,so how the people ignore or allow these kind of unsocial activities .no doubt now we are safe who know what will happen tomorrow .yesterday a girl gang raped in Delhi in the bus .it's really shame news for us .are we blind or we have not that much guts to protect our sisters or daughter .we all belongs to one family how we forget to help when they really need !!!

this is not the one case many GANG RAPED STORIES ARE THERE WHICH REALLY HURT ME A LOT :-
1) IN PUNJAB  A LOWER CAST WOMAN WAS GANG RAPED BY THE HIGHER CAST MEN
2) IN 2007-2008 THERE WAS A CASE IN GAUHATI  ONE SANTA L GIRL NEARLY 14-15 YRS OLD  WAS GANG RAPED & MANY PEOPLE WERE BUSY TO TAKE HER PHOTO BUT NO ONE WAS THERE TO COVER HER WHEN SHE WAS RUNNING ON THE ROAD .THAT WAS REALLY A HEART BREAKING NEWS ...........
THERE ARE MANY MORE STORIES WHICH YOU CAN'T HEAR...

but how many of you aware of this ,how many of them get punished ....we always  busy in taking about others & our self improvement ,but we forget our prime work for our society that how to abolish all illegal work & give true judgement to all :(

THIS IS MY ONE QUESTION TO ALL
HOW MANY OF YOU HONESTLY RESPECT A WOMAN !!!
IF YOU DO THEN IT'S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY HOW TO ABOLISH THIS FROM INDIA FOR FOREVER!
