HOW TO CLEAR UR MIND


Now days we all need it, we wanna get a peaceful life with clear mind. But it becomes impossible when our mind is filled up many work loads. This feeling is all too common in a world of sensory overload and multiple responsibilities. At times of high stress, where we are trying to satisfy multiple demands at once, it feels we are becoming like a machine, which has no rest.
So no doubt we can’t leave our job or can’t stay away from our responsibilities, but we have to think for a plan or idea, which can help us to stay cool in all situation.

Let’s talk about some ways to untangle, unwind, and refocus.  We all can try any one of them, several or even all of them. But I feel it really helps you when you purely dedicate towards your work as well as your heart:

Mind wash

We don’t have sufficient time to spend with our friends to share our thoughts & worries, as we all want someone should listen our voice, that’s why now a day’s social media is very popular. Because here you can connect many people from different place.
Still never worry if you don’t have any friends , at least you have pen & paper , take them as your best friend .IT’S MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE  AFTER COMING TO HOSTEL MY PEN & PAPER BECAME MY SECRET KEEPER AS WELL AS BEST FRIEND, AS THEY NEVER CHEAT ME …
But yes , We  don’t have the time to devote to writing regular morning  .still Try writing as quickly as possible with whatever time you have , whatever comes in your mind , which helps you wash your mind & you really feel relax . As we can’t share everything with everyone, as this world is not that much trusted worthy, so why we should take any risk. Take Ur pen & paper as your best friend.  Don’t
Worry about what you are writing and don’t worry if you can read it afterward. Use the speed writing to loosen mental knots. It’s the best way to release all sorts of worries from your mind & heart.

Take deep breaths to calm yourself

Deep breathing as a relaxation technique is another well documented way to regain some mental clarity. Deep breathing increases the oxygen levels in your body; the brain benefits from more oxygen.  Increased oxygen flow is a known benefit of aerobic exercise; this is a way to get some of those benefits quickly and easily mean to say you need mediation as well as exercise for fitness , which keep you healthy & happy .

Draw a picture to show what thoughts are on your mind

People have different learning styles and preferred means of communication that vary between each person, you can draw simple pictures that show what’s on your mind. You can make charts, graphs, or other images. So never let others to demoralize you.  As you already set up your mind. ALWAYS REMEMBER - Who loves you & cares about you they never hurts you, who don’t it’s better to stop thinking about them, what they are thinking about you.  We are human being not god, god has given us heart not a machine, which can adjust with anything, we should allow the words which suits us, forget others or ignore others. IGNORING IS THE BEST WAY TO KEEP YOUR MIND HEALTHY. Give it a try!


Let go of negativity

It’s you and you alone who is in charge of what goes through your mind, but somehow many of us allow ourselves to become bogged down with negative thoughts. If you go around thinking negatively all the time, then you’re never going to be in a particularly good mood, so it’s best to let go of negative thoughts  & negative people . who always talk about this before you . so stop listening negative words as well as stop entering negative thoughts in ur mind , as  it will relieve your mind of excessive stress. After all, if something has made you mad, what good is there?

 Seek help


We can’t solve all problem, sometimes we need  help , some people existence is badly required in our life. Like you can take your parents or brothers or sisters or ur loved one or any friend  etc.   sometimes some problems becomes so hard to solve , If you feel this starting to happen, enlist a friend to help out. Their perspective on the problem may be different and more useful, and so you may be able to find a solution and lighten your load quicker than you otherwise would have on your own.

 Talk it out with your loved ones


As we all live in a world , at least some one is there who very close to our heart with whom we can share our thoughts  & worries . so I wanna say if you have any person like that , it’s better to talk with them at last once in a day , it helps you to free from all worries & it’s far better than writing .But such type of people very hard to find , whom you can blindly believe except your parents , still I believe some good people exist in this world , who are trusted worthy .   As we all need someone to willing to listen .  Before whom we can explain our Problems or concerns to them. The point here is not to force them to solve our problems for us.  The objective is to express our hopes, fears, and questions.  If we can describe our concerns we can understand them better and determine what’s important and what isn’t...  

Take a break


Sometimes it’s better to take break from your job & enjoy sometime. As  life becomes a busy schedule , Some people just seem unable to give themselves a break , and by doing so they become more and more bogged down . Taking a few minutes away from your current task or activity will help you to clear your thoughts and then come back more refreshed and with a greater clarity of thinking. A short break between tasks will make you far more productive than if you just attempt to wade through one consecutive task after another.

 Be honest


Telling lies, even with the best of intentions, can only add to the workload on your mind. One lie often leads to another, and so you’ll end up having to remember what lies you’ve already told so that you don’t get caught out. Our advice is to be honest about your feelings with people and situations instead. For example, if you are put out or frustrated for any reason, then sharing it, rather than lying and saying you’re okay, can help you to offload some of the strain on your mind.

Taking control of your mind …

Always control your mind , as some point of our life we have to  decide what’s good  & what’s bad .  do what you think right , believe what you see , as rumors are the common things . do work from your mind but never forget to take your heart with it , as our heart is a great machine , without this no work is perfect .
