BE A SUCCESSFUL PERSON

No one is a born leader, here anyone can be. We live in a world which helps us a lot to make a person we always wish for. Sometimes our friends motivate us, sometimes our parents & sometimes our relatives, sometimes teachers are also. Everyone play different role in our life & we can’t live without anyone. All have unique importance in our life. Parents are like our two hearts & our relatives like our eyes, our friends are our world & teachers play a great role in our life i.e. they are our path shower & their priority is next to our parents. . Without friends life is like hell. Yeah sometimes I become so much irritate; I know I am very short temper. Now I am trying to change it, but it’s true , sometimes I also miss my friends, their activities , their words…I really miss a lot. No doubt  I  don’t show everything but i still care , it's also true- I also can’t time to everyone. That’s my fault , that’s why I shouldn't expect more . I love the time when my friends are around me. So our parents, teacher, friends, our society are our great teacher &their activities influence us a lot also. So behind every successful person either great parents /relatives/any great teacher hand is there.  So we can’t live a days without these people. So after completion of any work thanks them & pray for them. As whatever you are right now is only for them.
In this earth everyone come here to show their talent & their inner strength. We want to prove ourselves. So if you wanna see yourself as a successful personality, you have to study yourselves   like - study these skills, talents, and  characteristics, find your the draw backs . You can make your weakness into strength also.   So here I am going to tell if you wanna be a successful person then what are the qualities you should posses…
These are the five things you’ll find every successful person has in common:
1. They have a dream.
2. They have a plan.
3. They have specific knowledge at least in a particular field or interest on a particular field.
4. They’re willing to work hard.
5. They are not negative mentality.
Always remember Success begins with a state of mind. You must believe you’ll be successful in order to become a success.
The following is a list of the skills, talents, and characteristics you’ll find in successful people:
Imagine yourself being successful. Einstein said that the imagination is more important than knowledge. The more vividly and accurately you imagine your success, the easier it will be for the rest of yourself to follow through. The same way engineers first imagine a bridge and then build it, you can be the engineer of your success by dedicating a few minutes every day for the mental movies of your success.
Find the purpose or goal of your life. Identify the things you love to do, the things that give you satisfaction. Once you identify what you love to do, use this information to find the purpose of your life or the objective of your life.

Define the meaning of success. You cannot have success if you do not know what it means for you. Everyone views success differently. Set clear goals and be realistic.
Set a timeline for when you want to achieve your objective. If you don't know when you will achieve your objective by, then it's hard to know whether or not you have failed. Give yourself a timeline that is difficult but doable. Winning a Tour de France from scratch in two years is not reasonable, but booking a comedy gig in front of at least 20 paying customers probably is.
A Dream. They have a well-defined purpose. They have a definite goal. They know what they want. They aren’t easily influenced by the thoughts and opinions of others. They have willpower. They have ideas. Their strong desire brings strong results. They go out and do things that others say can’t be done. Anybody can come up with excuses and explanations for why he hasn’t made it. Those who want to succeed badly enough don’t make excuses.  They have explanations not excuses.
Ambition. They want to accomplish something. They have enthusiasm, commitment, and pride. They have self-discipline. They’re willing to work hard and to go the extra mile. They have a burning desire to succeed. They’re willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.  With hard work come results. The joy in life comes with working for and achieving something.
Strongly Motivated Toward Achievement. They take great satisfaction in accomplishing a task.
Focused. They concentrate on their main goals and objectives. They don’t get sidetracked. They don’t procrastinate. They work on the projects that are important, and don’t allow those projects to sit until the last minute. They’re productive, not just busy.
Learn How to Get Things Done. They use their skills, talents, energies, and knowledge to the fullest extent possible. They do the things that need to be done, not just the things they like to do. They are willing to work hard and to commit themselves to getting the job done. Happiness is found in doing and accomplishing, not in owning and possessing.
Take Responsibility for Their Actions. They don’t make excuses. They don’t blame others. They don’t whine and complain.
Look for Solutions to Problems. They’re opportunity minded. When they see opportunities they take advantage of them.
Make Decisions. They think about the issues and relevant facts, give them adequate deliberation and consideration, and make a decision. Decisions aren’t put off or delayed, they’re made now!  Spend more time thinking and planning before you make your decision, and you’ll make better decisions.  When you don’t get the expected results from the decision you’ve made, change your course of action. Decisions should never be carved in stone.
Have the Courage to Admit They’ve Made a Mistake. When you make a mistake, admit it, fix it, and move on. Don’t waste a lot of time, energy, money, and/or other resources trying to defend a mistake or a bad decision.  When people are wrong, they may admit it to themselves. If they are handled gently and tactfully, they may admit it to others and even take pride in their frankness and broad-mindedness. But people become very defensive and angry when others try to cram their mistakes down their throats.
Self-Reliant. They have the skills, talents, and training that is needed in order to be successful.
Have Specific Knowledge, Training, and/or Skills and Talents. They know the things they need to know to be successful. And when they need information, knowledge, or skills and talents that they don’t possess, they find someone who does possess them.
Try to Work with and Cooperate with Other People. They have positive, outgoing personalities. They surround themselves with people who offer those help, support, and encouragement. They are leaders.
Solve problems. People who are successful encourage progress by solving problems and answering questions. No matter where you are or what you're doing, look around and try and think of ways you can contribute. What are people struggling with or complaining about? How can you make life easier for them in an effective way? Can you re-design or re-organize some aspect of the situation so that things run more smoothly? Can you create a product or provide a service that fills a critical gap?
Enthusiastic nature. They’re excited by what they’re doing, and that excitement is contagious. They draw people to them because these people want to work with them, do business with them, and be with them.
Find a mentor. A mentor is someone, usually with a bit more experience than you, who knows the trade, offers advice, and helps you in your pursuit. Behind many successful people are mentors. Mentors get satisfaction out of knowing that their guidance has literally bred success.
Remove fear and doubt from your way of thinking. Focus on staying positive in every situation. You will be surprised how you’re effective you can be when your thoughts are guiding your actions, not the other way around. If and when you fail, don't be fearful about starting over; be happy that you've been given a chance to be even more successful.
Remember that success does not guarantee happiness. Success is equated with the achievement of a goal, but don't assume it will always bring happiness. Many people make the mistake that if they accomplish this or that, they'll be happier. Fulfillment and satisfaction have a lot more to do with how you approach life than with what you do in life. Keep that in perspective.
