NOW I WANNA PUT A QUESTION BEFORE YOU
Can anyone help me to solve my doubt?
But my view is "NO" because many reasons are
behind it …I wanna explain it here .hope you all understand me .if I am wrong
then please suggest me …
We already reach at 20th century,
we all live in a democracy country.
Can you tell me are we all got a real leader till
now who can lead our country in development way without being selfish?
MY VERSION OF LEADER:-
1)
A leader who has a moral stance, is able to
govern and can master the art of politics
2)
To be a successful Indian politician. Chances
are you will get a cynical response.
But now it’s meaning has changed, people are more concentrate on
successful leader then being a Good
leader if you wanna successful leader
then you have to follow some steps like:-
Craftiness, ability to fool people and lust for
power is what many people will say. This stereotype has developed over decades,
through numerous examples of politicians being self-serving, unethical and
manipulative. Some even believe this is the only way to succeed.
There is a "heaven & hell" difference between successful leader
& good leader:-
A successful leader may be self centered but it
always not valid for everyone. You can take the example of “Abraham Lincoln is
often considered the greatest president for his leadership during the American
Civil War“& many more .he struggled after that he reach at that
position .he is not only successful but also a good leader. A good leader may
be successful leader but a successful leader may not be a good leader.
So we do not wanted - Political leaders who:-
·
Promise everything, deliver nothing
·
Believe in 'service money'
·
Practice sectarian politics
·
People with serious criminal background
should not be allowed to contest elections
·
Illiterate minister
·
Are we really satisfied with the way
our country is being governed?
The country desperately needs some good leaders
who personify energy, enthusiasm, morality, and diligence. No doubt we have
progressed in the last 62 years but the development pace. Still we are not that
much progress how much we should!
It is happening because of lack good leader
& corrupted free leader. Now a day’s political system are like hereditary
in human gene “means if I m mister then after me my son will come if he couldn’t
by his talent then I push him into it by my power" This is truly happening. That’s why
we couldn’t get a good new leader. In our INDIA also many parties are there this
is most vital reason behind our failure
. multiparty & all want their dignity some support BJP & some
CONGRESS. But no one is good enough, all need money .they are not working for
people they are collecting money for their future .we are quarreling with each
other for getting power & respect. But we forget what we have to do something for our nation. We are
so busy in quarreling & discussing about others , ,we forget that we have some
duty & we have to do it.
Sometimes we support blindly if any violence occurs
between HINDU –MUSLIM, without trying to solve that problem. Some parties
support HINDUS & some parties supports MUSLIM because of getting more votes.
Knowing everything we create such condition which takes many life some times.
THINK ABOUT YOUR PAST LEADER:-
At the time of independence, Gandhi called upon the youth to participate
actively in the freedom movement. Young leaders likes Nehru came to his reckoning and led the movement.
But this is not the case now. Nowadays we have only a handful of young leaders like Rahal Gandhi, Sachin Pilot, Varun Gandhi etc, but they are in the political scenario because they belong to influential political families. It is next to impossible to find a young leader with no political family background in the furor of politics. Given a chance they would be ready to change the political condition of the country for better. Second reason may be that young people are not given opportunities to prove themselves claiming that they are not equipped with experience to participate actively in the governance of the country.even if there is great partiality is also here ,where women have no value in the society. Now days old leaders in almost all the major political parties of the country.
There are many drawbacks here like
1) many sources but not proper utilization
2) no self interest
3) no scope for everyone & no utilization of your talent
4) caste system which is a great negative point ,so no equality
5)most of the time "a person belongs to high society get the best chance than others"
6)full corrupted system everywhere , you find corruption from Clark to minister
7)no respect to women
8)busy in quarreling with each other rather than thinking about society or your own work
9) self centered & busy in save money in foreign account
10)no good educational system because in top 20 world best college INDIA has no name ,which is most important because here the educational system is really very poor type where 30% reserve for ST/SC/OBC & furgery during admissions...etc
THESE ARE THE BITTER TRUTH
IF WE WANNA DEVELOP WE HAVE TO DEVELOP OUR MIND WITHOUT PULLING OTHER'S LEG :- IT'S MOST IMPORTANT & WE HAVE TO MAKE OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM STRONG

We can just wish that the next time we go to
vote we find more names of youngsters who can make our country a better place
to live in.
