MY VOICE ON UNEMPLOYMENT

Unemployment is a global phenomenon and a growing concern for most governing bodies.

Governments are always trying to reduce the level of unemployment, but why?

Is there any reason behind it? What is so bad about not working? Well, the effects of unemployment affect a country badly.

Labor caused by higher levels of unemployment will result in a fall in national output. Labor is substituted by new machinery, then a fall in National Output may not necessarily result no doubt it’s all about for our benefit. As now a days we already reach at the modern world where we purely depends on non living things for get our work like  Robot are doing most of the work, we use them to save our time & money. However it is helpful for a country for its development indirectly it creates unemployment. Those not working will encounter a fall in their living standards, as their income falls. The unemployed will have less purchasing power, and less disposable income, so the per capita income is less & it causes poverty.The GROSS DOMESTIC PRODUCT <GDP>is decreasing at the nation as well as in state label .But we can’t live without machine as time also changing, everyone & everywhere is growing. Even if now a days we become lazy due to this machine which help us a lot, but indirectly we forget it harmful for us ,if we depends too much on machinery things . We need to think about this. one side it is beneficial to all another side it create unemployment. So one thing we can do we can control our population. So that everyone can get job.

How it effect the society

Inequalities in wealth and income, and high unemployment have been shown to be linked to negative social effects, such as high crime rates in these areas. The lack of money to spend on private health care, healthy goods and living, means that those who are unemployed often lead less healthy lifestyles and have less backup when things go wrong. Also, children from unemployed households often have had poorer education and hold fewer skills than average, upon entering work, meaning that high unemployment levels can be self-perpetuating through time. Unemployment is the main reason behind the poverty ,terrorism ,crime.etc.we all well known about this but the great issue is how to eradicate the unemployment. No doubt now a day’s everyone well educate still they are not getting job or rooming here & there. What are the reasons may be behind this .well! We can blame one thing that is POPULATION.

Step which we can take to eradicate the jobless

 Population Control:

There is no second opinion to say that population in India is rising at a very high speed. Unless this problem is not checked, the problem of unemployment cannot be solved properly. The population of India is high if you analyze the population per area. We should first control the population. We all should create awareness among people about this. Even if in medical also there should be certain rule should be made. Special drive should be made to make the programmed of family planning a good success especially in rural and backward regions of the country.

Educate all:

Education creates employment, so a country with good educational facilities will have less unemployment. As regards the problem of educated unemployment in urban areas, India should reconstruct and overhaul the education system according to the changing environment of the country. Proper education should be imparted to the younger men who will be in position to start certain cottage and small scale industries of their own choice especially at village level. Even if child labor, as it one of the major cause behind unemployment. When underage children start making money, they will look for more options to make money. Schools are made for children and vice versa. Elimination of child labor can definitely help people to go for better options.

Rapid Industrialization:

To solve the problem of industrial unemployment, remedy lies in stepping up industrial efficiency. It means that the expansion of existing and the development of new industries are urgently required. Some basic industries like iron and steel industries, defense, chemical, power generation and atomic etc., should be set up. More employee exchange can help everyone to solve the jobless problem. More employment exchanges should be opened in rural as well as in urban areas to give guidance to the people to search employment. They should also be motivated for self employment proposals. Government should initialize and create more job fairs which form a bridge between companies which have employment opportunities and people who need employment.

 Encouragement to Small Enterprises:

To provide the opportunities for self employment, small scale industries should be given top priority. They should be provided liberal loans, raw material training facilities and infrastructure and market facilities etc. steps should take to eradicate the jobless problem.

Rural Development Schemes:

In India most of the people are living in rural area. Most of the time while we emphasize the modern world we always forget the rural areas, but majority people are living three’s rural sector is dominant and agriculture is the basic occupation of the people, therefore, urgent need of the hour is to introduce rural development schemes. It is correctly believed that there is no other remedy than a massive programmed of investment in rural development and massive injection of science and technology into the methods of production followed in rural areas in their agricultural and non-agricultural activities.

SPECIAL EMPHASIZE :-

some country depends on agriculture & some industry ,  so we have to choose what is our strong point , means where we can develop money. INDIA give much emphasize on agriculture but still in some place also u can find people are dying for not getting profit from their field , the main reason behind this is lack of  vast knowledge on agriculture.but for this , we should educate all farmers & give them free seeds & help them .no doubt many organisations are there to teach the farmers , but you find all are in dormant condition means there are not so much efficient & they are not concerning about rural areas where people are illiterate & lots of deficiency you found.the educate people don't interested to go that place due to lack of all sorts of requirement . so we should listen everyone & give special importance to those place where the farmers are really suffering . generally farmers specially face two kinds of problem  

1) LACK OF WATER

2)OLD PROCESS  

3) NOT GETTING GOOD SEEDS  

There are many reasons are behind , loss in agriculture . i have just given few. so  government should give emphasize to all , if you wanna develop a  country then you have to look each & every place . it's not easy but not so difficult , here many people can get job also , so unemployment can be eradicate through this also. 

INDUSTRY :-

we need many things in our day today life if you analyze you can mark 

But sorry i wanna say one thing !!!

most of the time i have seen we specially depends on CHINA MADE electronics ,which we can get in  cheap rate  , i feel all  CHINA  MADE GOODS ARE CHEAP RATE, why ??? 

(sorry it's true , don't take it in negative sense plz , i am not blaming CHINA , i can't do also ! but here i wanna say according to economic point of view )

What we don't not have brain to make our own or we lack some  requirement ??? I feel if you have brain you can do anything. we have to analyze our investment where & how we invest . can you give guaranty that electronics instruments are really useful to us ,  i mean long lasting . why not we make our own , it's because of BRAIN DRAIN , seriously this is the main reason . we can develop our machine , electronics instruments  but i have seen  if we get something by small investment we always prefer that ! 

THERE IS A PROVERB WE CAN'T USE THIS IN EVERY PLACE ,SPECIALLY IN ECONOMICAL DEVELOPMENT !

but we are really fool...if we analyze all we can understand where & which way we invest our money. it's the only way to save our money & help us in economical development . but for that we have to create platform for all students  to show their talent means we have to give scope to all students like in "USA" & "JAPAN" & "GERMAN" etc. ... Where the students are really making different electronics instruments  which is really amazing ... but for that  have to change our educational  system , i believe god has given brain to all to think & utilize ,we all have got same brain , yeah ! sometimes it depends on GRAY MATTER & SOME BRAIN STRUCTURE SO THAT SOME PEOPLE MORE INTELLIGENT THAN US  ,but you can't say that we all are fool "we are not fool the main reason is , we are not utilize our brain , we don't wanna exercise it" . sometimes i have seen our mentality is how to get money & live a peaceful life. but i think it will not helpful for everyone , we have to be cunning to know something then only we can do something for our society , like parents are the role model before their children  i believe parents should not fulfill all the requirements of their children because when parents fulfill their all requirements at that time the cunning nature slow down no doubt there are also some people are there whose mentality is not like that . I FEEL PARENTS SHOULD TEACH THEIR CHILDREN DO THEIR WORK BY THEMSELVES , LIKE I WANNA GIVE ONE EXAMPLE " WHEN EVER I ASK ANY QUESTION TO MY PAPA , HE  ALWAYS GIVE ME LITTLE HINT , THEN HE ALWAYS  TOLD ME "TRY TO ANALYZE THIS & SEARCH THIS ONE , I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU WILL GET ALL THE INFORMATION BUT TOMORROW WHEN I WILL ASK THE  SAME QUESTION YOU WILL ABLE TO TELL ME SOMETHING NEW BESIDES WHAT I HAVE TOLD" SOMETIMES I BECAME SO MUCH IRRITATE BUT IT REALLY HELPED ME INDIRECTLY , SO HE TAUGHT ME "NEVER TEACH EVERYTHING TO SOMEONE JUST GIVE THEM HINT ,  IF THEY ARE  CUNNING THEN WILL GET THE ANSWER & THEY MAY  COLLECT MORE INFORMATION THAN YOU" , SO EVERY PARENTS SHOULD NOT FULFILL ALL REQUIREMENTS OF THEIR CHILD,,,LIKE "WHEN I TOLD MY PAPA TO BUY A WEBSITES THEN HE TOLD ME  "I THINK YOU ARE AN "IT ENGINEER" , DON'T YOU FEEL SHAME ,YOU WANNA BUY A WEBSITE RATHER THAN CREATE ...HIS WORDS STRIKE MY MIND , I AM DAMN FOOL I CAN DO THIS , SO WHY SHOULD I BUY , NO DOUBT IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME ONCE I KNOW HOW TO CREATE MEANS I CAN CREATE MANY , I DON'T HAVE TO BUY IN FUTURE !!! here i wanna say which we can do  why should we depends on others , we have book & brain why we depends on others for different electronics devices or anything , which indirectly affect our economy . ONE RUPEE HAS A VALUE BECAUSE IF YOU COLLECT ONE ONE RUPEE ONE DAY THEY BECOME 100 RUPEE OR 1000 OR MAY BE MORE THAN THAT ! A SMALL AMOUNT MONEY HAS A VALUE , THEN WHY SHOULD  WE MISS UTILIZE IT ??? we can do everything  by our own , but for this we have to create interest ... I FEEL PARENTS , TEACHERS & INSTITUTE PLAY A GREAT ROLE TO BUILT A CHILD" ...SO TRY THIS IF YOU WANNA DEVELOP YOUR COUNTRY IN ECONOMICALLY !!!
