successful. But whenever I try to judge my life & trying to correlate my
life with others life, I got to know that every single person who has
discovered their passion (or passions), actually shares one thing in common, Struggle &
patience. It is the one thing that is
present with every dreamer who has found their calling in life. Despite
what we believe, passion can be discovered and transformed into a fulfilling
career.

Recall with your
past
Our past is best teacher, who help us to take many important decisions in
present and future .Everything we think, say or do is based on how our past has
shaped us. Over our lifetime, our experiences define a system that determines
how we approach our careers, relationships, stress and everything else. It doesn’t
means our past always a good memory, it can be worst too. Your best memories
inspire you whereas your bad memories teach you. This is our
starting point, but to discover passion we must to enter into deeper.
What is important for you money or passion
Money plays an important role in present world; if you have money then
people will fear you, respect you & love you. But does money can give you
life satisfaction.Nodoubt Money rules over all still Money can’t buy your own
heart & real happiness in your life. This also true Money allows for dreams
to come true and it takes others away, it makes some people happy and others
completely miserable too. Many will argue that money = happiness. Does it true, the bitter truth is, yes! It does.
Money is everything. I took 22 years of time to realize this bitter
fact. But in case if you are
earning money from different sources means not through your passion keep
earning until you can utilize that money in your passion. As money can help you
to make your dream into real. Balance these two can give you success. Don’t
ignore MONEY otherwise SOCIETY ignores you. OWN LIFE LESSON.
Find out your
strength
We all have strength as well as weak points; find out what is your
strength. People with the passion mindset ask "What do I
really want?" , “is it right for me” , sometimes people follow some wrong passion in
confusion state. Most of the time the negative circumstance often lies in the
middle sections those who follow other passion without having interest. Either love
what you do, do what you love. Still find out what you like, where you can rise. Which breeds an
obsession with whether or not a job is "right" for them. Once you’re
focused on the quality of the work you’re doing now rather than whether or not
it’s right for you, you won’t hesitate to do what is necessary to improve it.

The great thing about passion is that it can be discovered at any time
and from anywhere. All it takes is a situation that sparks some anger,
frustration or excitement to get you emotionally invested in a field. In this competitive
world few people will come to inspire you to do something different specially
in corporate sector & if you are a woman , Live like ordinary , try to find out where the
common people face the problems, recognize the problems then start working on
that ,recognize it as an opportunity to make a difference. Keep your eye

Spend your time doing something you absolutely love, and move away from
wasting your life on things that don’t matter to you. Change something in
society or try something new which is not present .Now is your chance to define
what matters and why others should care about it as much as you do. No obstacle
will stop you from achieving success when you really enjoy what you do, nothing
will stop you from getting your work done. Obstacles are a part of our life,
but if you keep it in first priority then you can’t achieve anything. I love
this “Either Change what you can’t change or change your
place or perception or ideas which act as a big obstacle in front of your
passion or dream. But in the end you should get result of your work”
Maintain the
balance Circumstance
Circumstances (family needs, financials, long term outlook, health etc)
and a realistic assessment of your skills (not just talent but also business
acumen) should be considered if you are entering into a new business or if
making a large career change. It’s smart and responsible to do so because what
you do impacts in other people. Movements often are a reaction to stifling
aspects of culture or race or gender or misguided political activism and
unfortunately can fall the goal oriented work. You need discipline, planning
(yet flexibility), and can produce a beautiful contentment in life to pursue
your dream through passion. Satisfaction comes not from thinking less of you
but rather focusing on yourself less. Unfortunately I’ve seen too many problems
(crime, even) go unresolved or created because some want to always be
“positive” and “blissful” (which is a misleading notion because it is
impossible to attain constant bliss. often what happens is passive aggression
with those who try to be different). We can be thoughtful, discerning, and
serious, deriving meaning from responsibility to others, even grappling at
times to solve issues that inevitably arise, and having “happy.”
ABOUT ME
I m talking about myself, now I am treated as a
great failure & loser personality due to my past wrong choices. My greats mistake
was join in engineering specially in IT/CS branch as biology was my most favorite subject but instead
of joining Biotechnology I joined in IT in IIIT , my great mistake was I run
after branded colleges instead of follow my loving branch , what was my main drawback.
Every life has a story , why some become unsuccessful at some point of their
life even my life has also a story , but who will listen that , why I failure ,
everyone wants to see you in success , if you are not successful then you will
be abandoned by society . What , now I am facing, it doesn’t matter how much
talent you have, if you are unsuccessful then everyone will doubts on you,
people laugh at your work. If you are successful even you do copy paste or
stolen someone’s ideas still you will be treated as celebrity , as in India people
have great regional feelings , As I am unsuccessful , I am abandoned from
society and I am neither from Odisha nor from India as I am unsuccessful & I
have dream to be an entrepreneur in technical world even have interest in other
fields like writings , paintings & social work too. that may be my major
defect even I believe in globalization
& love to be open minded , I am from a ordinary family background and I don’t
have any relatives or any supporter who can help me to pursue my dream except
my parents , they can support me financially & mentally. Don’t know what
gonna be my future , whether I can rise in INDIA or not , I am in doubt as I find
obstacles where ever I go , my situation is like I am searching
of water in a bared desert area . My life is like public,
everyone knows everything about me. Sometimes I become hopeless & want to
move any other country for job but before that I have to make myself that much
eligible first. One day I’ll make my dream true, may not be inside India, wherever
I go I’ll try to make my dream true. I am not a politician I am a simple professional
in corporate sector. I want to rise in corporate level & some other fields
like social work. I want to rise; I can’t be victimizing due to this regional feelings,
gender issues & race issues. I hate all these, as I want to rise. I am belongs
to a very simple family , My grand parents where LAND LORD that’s why my family
background is good but now no one left all died and my parents are very simple,
they can’t fight with others, if I’ll face any kind of problem due to my dream
issues, so better to left this place. but I need any job but related to my educational
field means computer field then I’ll further continue my study , as now I don’t
have so much money to get chance to read in other country , so first let me earn money then I’ll further
continue my study if needed as I have a dream , my time has all answer. In
INDIA , I don’t think I can rise within lots of politics & race .I am
searching job , I know if I’ll die today then except my parents nobody gonna
suffer as in India people have a great feelings in race & gender , that’s why I wants to rise by own to establish
my unique name in world . I am serious!!!
