Winner never quits before blessings

“Winner never quit, those who quit they can’t win” Love this quote. Your personality defines your success. In this competitive world if you want to win be a good competitor as well as a good critic too. Be good whatever you do. Your personality as well your body language decides your future.

Make a boundary between professional life and personal life. Watch what you do.

Now I am going to share my ideas, How our personality can makes us winner in our professional career!

Be careful what you say

Our words and way of speaking style defines our personality 80%, what I learnt from my past days. It doesn’t matters whether you are introvert or extrovert but your way of speaking style should be good, before speak think twice is it valid or right to say. Make a plan what to say, what’s not. What you can’t say just write down in your diary? Always try to modify yourself, your speaking style or wordings too. Don’t elaborate too much, say everything in one sentence, what I judged in my first interview. It’s not easy to change yourself within one day or in one weak as it’s a continuous process and it’s our inborn quality too but if you’ll try then you can change yourself at least after 1 month or 6 month. Therefore to get success in your life be tolerant to every situations as well as be careful what you speak & way you speak. Be a soft spoken person.

Don’t be confuse between critic and haters

We should not correlate between haters with critic. A hater never believes you no matters whatever you say or try to prove, they always search a chance to down you but critic is different, they are the only people who shows you where is your lack points and where you should change yourself. Don’t hate your haters or your critic, they are the only people who shows where is your fault or where is your lack point, so that you can improve yourself. They are indirectly your well wisher. We all have haters even we all says something about our competitor , so never take anything in negative sense but be a good complicated player , if you have high dream but you are from a ordinary background.

Maintain discipline

It’s a fact that what goes into your mind comes out in your life. Your vision says about your future. A discipline life gives you great result. It’s ok, if have crazy friends and you drink but don’t mix your professional life with personal life. When you are in work place your discipline life can gives you 50-60% result. Even sometimes our personal life can affects our professional life too. Watch what you say & do, don’t think once you got success means you can do anything, it’s not like that as you have competitors too. Maintain Discipline should be your first priority in your day today life if you want to get success.

Be a good even wise listener. 

Be careful, what are you allowing to enter your mind through your ears? How it affects your life, in positive sense or in negative sense. Sometimes it has great power to ruin your life, so be careful what you are allowing in your mind & what you flush out from your mind and heart. Be a good listener but don’t be too much emotional. God has given you brain utilized fully to know the world. Be wise what you should listen & what you should enter into your mind. Become a wise listener is a better option to get success. When you have high dream, you have to hear many different kind of comments and have to face many critic, still behave like saint but be wise from brain. Many people knowingly say these to break you inside and to divert your mind from your actual goal. So be wise and good listener.

Thomas Edison – the world’s greatest inventor – who was legally deaf, refuse the first hearing aid device? His reason, “I don’t want others’ opinions to affect my thinking.”

Your way of thinking

Your thinking can drive you to reach at your goal even your thinking can change your life too. This is probably the most powerful (positive and negative) force that influences your future. When you get up in the morning and look in the mirror, you see one of the following two people – your best friend or your worst enemy. Chose what you are, you can built your own future even you can murder your own future too. God has given us a beautiful friend that is “I”; I can be my best friend who can give me better suggestion every time, who can be available at anytime. So when you are trying to pursing your dream, your thinking should be high, don’t limit your thinking. Don’t allow others to limit your thinking, you born free so you can dream high too, in this world nothing is impossible but we limit our thinking. No one really matters, who said what? Listen your mind & follow that. It’s true that God don’t make junk, but we sure do a great job of beating ourselves up. Remember, the past doesn’t have a future, but you do.

Watch your thoughts, for they become your words. Watch your words, for they become your actions. Watch your actions, for they become your habits. Watch your habits, for they become your character. Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.

A final thought on the waste time in worry: Worry is crabgrass of the soul.

Be a good decision maker & selector

Your one decision and one person can change your whole life. When you are trying to switching to a different career or pursuing high dream, Always ask your heart with mind which will be best for you, never listen others , they can confuse you even can murder your life , yes ! take suggestions from old experienced people but take every decisions by own. Be a good mentor for yourself. Be a good selector too, there are 2 types of people in this world who can lift your life up and who can down your image for permanently. This is the big one; the single greatest influence on your life is the people you allow to influence you, your life will never be better than the average of the people you associate with. “Show me your friends and I will show you your future.” It is a proven fact that the quality of your life is a direct reflection of the quality of your relationships.

Past is only a part of your life not define your life

Don’t spoil your present & future reminding your past failures. Flush out & begin your future with new start, no doubt we can’t avoid our past still it can’t affect you if you take it lightly. Everyone failed at least at one point in their life, so your failure doesn’t define your success but Your determination & dedication does. I hate those who say like this - I often hear people complain about having bad luck or being on a losing streak. They say like: “I’ve failed in this once, I just can’t do this!” Always think about this: if every child learning to walk gave up at the first failed attempt, how many people could walk today? It is a great idea to learn from the past , we all have either good past or bad past but we all have past, as long as the lessons are constructive and support us in our development. However, if past experiences demotivate and discourage us, we don’t learn anything. We just get discouraged just because we allow the bad memories to negatively influence us than the good memories to cheer us , some people give much importance to bad memories as compare to good memories , those who give they can’t rise. Never forget your past but don’t take it granted. Learning from past events is limited to ,Observing what happened, Understanding how various things interacted with each other ,Recognizing what didn’t work  in order to be able to try a different approach next time, Learning from the past doesn’t mean being embarrassed, chastising oneself, or giving up. You can try to do things again with a new and different approach and see what happens. Whether things work out this time or not, you will have still taken an important step forward and you may have learnt that this new approach doesn’t work either. And with this knowledge you can try again, and one day you will succeed Or perhaps you will have luck and succeed the first time you try the new approach and you will be able to celebrate your success. There is no such thing as a losing streak. There is only the lost faith and the lost confidence in you own ability to do things right, which is enough to engage in self-sabotage and self-fulfilling prophecy attitude. After each failure tell you: “The past is not the future and now I am one step closer to the solution or to the success!”

Everyone’s life is not like a plain surface or a sea without tide, so be flexible in each and every situations. Don’t quit as you don’t know when your garden will be filled with golden flowers with great fragrance which can delight your mind and can change your life style for forever. Never change your mind to give up before God change his mind to give you blessings.

(PS:- I am an engineering student not a high successful personality but I am a dreamer too who sacrifice her smile , friendship and life for her dream. What ever I written above all what I experienced from my past life. I love to judge myself and my faults. Through article I am trying help other DREAMERS.
