Life sometimes confuse us , what should be the best option
for us especially when it comes to career as ultimately you’ll go for earning
but why some people go for extra then ?
Can we measure talent
by education or package we get?
I think neither, it’s something which is within you or can
say “which is inbuilt” whereas knowledge that you have to earn by hard labour.
I learnt one lesson that if you want to earn lots of money ,
no need to study much or invest your time in education you can earn money by
any way and as per time pass , nobody is going to ask you how much you study
and your educational background and all .
Whereas if you want to be knowledgeable person then you
should go for higher study.
Sometimes I can’t understand , why some people go for higher
study even I am also saying about me , I am crazy for gaining knowledge even I know
how much I study or educational background I have, I can get better job . After a time or can say
after I get experience I can get better package too.
What I learnt – Money actually don’t motivate us, the only thing that is
motivate us is gaining knowledge or can say prestige, which matters.
Sometimes I also analyse, why some people love to read much
what benefit they can get out of it, in the end I learn that everyone differs
in this world. It’s not all about benefit always, sometimes it’s all about
satisfaction or can say personal growth too.
I still remember when people ask me about my education – I always
say, I am truthful when it comes to my education although I am not a Great GRADE
holder as I was belongs to state
board and in state board we all are getting less mark in 2008 period that
everyone knows but during 2012 Odisha state board change its whole educational pattern.
I am proud
of not because of my mark but my interest and flexibility. I can be
fit in any place and anywhere else. Which clearly shows my educational status.
I was a purely bio based student whereas I go for engineering
after 1 year of BSC in science , then there also I can able to sustain myself
with better grade whereas I was fully bio student . I never dream about MBA as I
was research based mind-set still I can able to sustain myself in marketing
field in my MBA , so it shows that I am flexible and I can maintain my position
as well also . I may down for few time period but not all time.
After engineering, I didn’t apply for job as I have great interest
to become a scientist that also in Bioinformatics or Artificial intelligence etc.
. . . but I didn’t get that’s separate issue but I go with my dream and I got a
job in PHP .
No doubt I applied for WIPRO and HP but couldn’t get into it
due to lack of Technical knowledge or can say “JAVA - CODING” as I was poor in coding whereas I was good in algorithms.
I was in IT background that was my blunder career mistake as in I.T. coding is
much important than algorithm as algorithms used in high level machines , but I
couldn’t help myself there as coding is quit tough for me as I never ever feel interested
except WEB BASED CODING/LANGUAGES like HTML , CSS , Dot Net, PHP etc.
Finally I get into MBA without any corporate experience ,
that also my another mistake what I realized latter on as you should have at
least 1-2 years of job experience which not only make you smarter but also enhance your
communication skills to interpersonal skills . I feel like corporate
skills are inbuilt me so I didn’t have to worry much except Communication
skills as I feel that actually hamper me sometimes. I have to work
more on it.
In my MBA career initial days were quite good , during Internship time i tried from my side to get internship so i applied through Internshala .
Finally I got so many internship offers from INTERNSHALA even I
got certificate too, from “Internshala”. I
can say INTERNSHALA is best
internship site which everyone should follow, best customer service. I got “AlmaMapper
(my 1st choice, where I did my project work also), 3steps, LOL ventures,

I got to know that is not physically present in that place as that is a kind of
startup finally I return back with so much disappoint as I had lots of dream
for my internship as this is my first time corporate exposure , then Internshala
again called me after getting such information even gave me chance to do
internship again in other companies but I couldn’t go as my papa was little bit
scared of after that incident as first of all 3steps company told us wrong
address as well as the wrong appointment letter too even in that time also I have
other options too to do internship but I go with my family advice as they told
me they want to see me in Odisha , at least for internship as when I’ll get job
that is for 1/2/3…. Years and that also permanently you are going to stay at one
place and you’ll be dedicated to your job as my papa is itself a Government employee
so he is fully dedicated his job and he believe in doing him job honestly . That’s
why they told me to join in NEWSWORLD ODISHA, a media company or can say Regional
news channel which also the best choice of my parents too. so I go for that
even I have other choices as I love my family too much and for an internship I can’t
make my parents unhappy as they also scared of after this incident and again I have
to join from MAY 1st week for my internship work and after this incident they
really start worrying as I have to do an internship in any corporate world
first of all, that’s why they choose me to stay in Odisha as it’s for 2 months only.
Finally I did in internship in Newsworld odisha , but I really
love “Internshala” so much due to their service , as they tried to help me a lot
after the incident happened with me (3steps) , which bring faith on me on Internshala
and their best service .
My 2 months of internship period quit help me a lot to
enhance my knowledge in marketing and help me how to handle work life balance etc.
besides this also I handle 2 more projects from ALMAMAPPER and SOCH NGO . I love to work more that’s my one benefit I can
say.

Now it’s time to get a job only 3 months left to finish my
study , within all sorts of odds, I choose MARKETING , I always love
challenging works even interesting too where my creativity can be utilized fully
even I know I am good in Research ,
strategic , Marketing analyst , Business development , Advertising and media
promotion ,digital marketing and internal marketing kind of jobs
that’s why I choose MARKETING for bigger perspective in my future .
Presently i have 3 jobs in my hand but joining time already cross as i didn't want to skip my education in the middle as everything relates in my life as a CHAIN AND NETWORK you can say (It's not easy to understand my situations), that's my problem and i don't have problem with working in any STARTUPS as i am HARD WORKING from core and dedicate employee too whereas i am really scared with PACKAGE as well as JOB ROLE . Yes ! if you'll ask me which kind of job i am looking for - i'll surely say - A decent job role suitable as per marketing and my skills (where i can learn many thing as well as grow myself too as a marketer concern) then Package which matters a lot for me - I always looking for a standard package to survive and fulfill some of my RESPONSIBILITIES - THAT'S MATTERS MOST , Of course it's not about my family as all are earning except me in my family - my papa is a Central Government employee in Railway and my brother is also working in operation department in Sri Sri Aurvedha (SSA), except ME - unemployed one . My Major problem is - I don't like to depends on anyone else , no matter who are they even to my parents too , that's why i can't openly spend money as i feel bad on myself , i am a independent SOUL from core and from the beginning of my life . I promise to myself not only today but also in future i am not going to depend on anyone else till my last breath as I HAVE A DREAM AND THAT MATTERS MOST IN MY LIFE THAN MONEY (Work for society) , BUT FOR THAT MONEY IS BASIC NEED . When I sit silently, I ask myself – what I want from my life “Job or
business or built my unique name “or all
these 3. I realize life is all about doing all the things in different
different time.
Sometimes my relatives to outsider confuse about my dream and
life choices, whenever anyone asks me about my dream. I smile and say “I don’t want to confuse anyone more, when perfect time
will come you’ll gotta know about this .I believe one day I’ll get what I deserve
but I should not give up.”
This is how my life actually work, I am a kind of person who
never give up. Yes! 2016 I didn’t work much on myself but 1 year of time doesn’t
make you worthless. Sometimes your time also bad that’s why I faced lots of
challenges in my life as well as I silently cry a lot too not because I got any
mental torture but I feel broken due to my dream , how I gonna make it true if I
can’t PROVE MYSELF IN THIS STAGE OF MY LIFE.
I learnt one valuable lesson from my past life no doubt it
make me matured too but it ruin me somehow , that lesson is “always
listen your heart and mind , instead of others” , if you always blame
yourself - one day you’ll lose yourself . So believe in yourself and be
a self-motivator always. Never ever allow others to decide your SELF-WORTH and TALENT,
what you can do and what you can’t not determine by others but by yourself.
Mixture of introvert as well as extrovert personality also
can win in life, when it comes to enjoy my life I enjoy alone but when it comes
to work I work with all when it need. I am extrovert in professional field
whereas deep inside I am introvert as I love to sit silently and listen music
or watch movies most of the time , I am mixture of both but I need to utilize
it in proper way otherwise it can ruin me too .
Making your dream true is not a big task, until unless you
make yourself that much strong that nothing can break your mind-set or confidence.
“Sometimes
people knowingly try to down you and always try to prove you wrong no matter
whatever you say and do, but if you’ll stick with your dream one day that’ll
get recognise too, keep faith on yourself is most important thing in life but I SALUTE to
some people in my life who again helped me to gain my lost confidence they
always will be angle in my life but they are few in number but greater importance in my life , so I always treasure
them."
I don’t know where I am going to get a job and how my
corporate life will be but as per I know politics and extreme competitive environment is in everywhere , sometimes it also force you to lose your personality as
well as self-identity as well, still if you can sustain yourself within that period and can able to achieve success , you’ll become the
winner in life in later on stage . That’s why – May people call me boring
sometimes and old mind-set but I believe something now also people and society
value and I give value that as I know it’s worth in future life. It’ll take only 10 minutes to ruin your image but it
takes years to build up again. That’s why I am an image conscious person from core.
I care about my image now as I know one day it’ll
care about me when I need it badly , I may failure now but who knows what my future is going to be
. Miracle can happen at any time due to your hard work and god’s grace, that’s
the only hope for which I always work hard.
I always work
hard for 2 reasons -
1)
To
get some people and make some people happy , whom I love a lot
2)
Do
something different and good for society before my actual death so that I can
say to my lord that. I make my life purposeful.
