LOVE WHAT YOU DO

Love what you do & you’ll never work a day in your life.

Confucius said “Find a job you love and you’ll never work a day in your life”.

Now I gonna tell why we failure?  What are the steps we can take to reach at our destination or to get a satisfaction job?

 A simple & bitter truth, however, many adults in today’s world still struggle to find what makes them feel a deep satisfaction and more complete as a person. we all want a job which can satisfy us (satisfaction always not about money or pride) we always struggle to get that.

We all have dream , Maybe it’s long term or short term. Sometimes our dream murdered by other people, sorry not by our parents but most of the time I have seen how people behave when you have a high dream. Sometimes they criticize you & sometimes they laugh at you for your choice, even sometimes people doubt on your potential for your past failure life. It’s very difficult to show your talent if you have gone through many failure, no one care or think what the situation you have faced or why you failure at some point of life. No one want to see that, everyone just see your performance.

I learnt one lesson, IF YOU GOT SUCCESS THEN EVERYONE WILL PRAISE YOU NO MATTER HOW YOU HAVE GOT, IF YOU FAILED TO GET SUCCESS NO MATTER HOW MUCH LABOR YOU HAVE DONE EVERYTHING WILL GO IN VAIN.

I am talking about myself I stood first in my class even in school till class 9^th but I failed to get success in my 10^th board exam , means I couldn’t get expected result what everyone expect for me . as I had got many scholarships & prizes till class 10^th so everyone thought I’ll make my school feel proud. but I failed to get , at that time everyone blame me “may be I was not reading properly or it’s a teen age effect”  but from my school life to till now I had no any love issue . Even when I failed to get medical everyone start beaming me that I was not reading properly , who knows how much hurt I have got at that time. That was not my dream that was my life, if I cut for small percentage then what I can do, I have tried my best.

In my life in every important stages I failed to get success ,sometimes it’s for my bad luck & sometimes it’s for my limit cross stupidity. So I have got failure not for one or two reasons, it’s for many reasons. Now I want to rectify my all mistakes as I can’t tolerate my failures more  ,now I am fully matured to take any decision. Recognize your mistakes & rectify it ,is the best thing you can do for your future.

One main mistake usually everyone do, that’s the bad choice of choosing career. Even I had done but that turn into blessings, but every time it don’t happen with everyone . it turn into blessing when I start loving my career & give more importance on it .I choose because I had no any other option & many other reasons were there.

Now the different steps are there which we can follow to reach at our goal -

Try from the beginning

 I wanna say what you want to do in your future start from beginning, what I had not done. Do what you love, read what you love. Choose your own career from the beginning & try from the beginning. When I was in standard 12^th  I started preparing for medical where as children were there who were preparing from themselves from standard 8^th & 9^th. They were serious from beginning & they had made schedule like that. Which was my biggest fault? If you want to crack IIT OR MEDICAL (AIIMS. AFMC ETC) try from your school life & gain knowledge from the beginning. It’s the best way to prepared yourself. Which I didn’t do, even I never knew about it. That’s why I faced lots of problem. So I want to say what you wanna be, make a plan how you get from the beginning.

Always make an Option

No doubt we all have one dream but when that don’t fulfill, we break down from inside. So always make an option, if you don’t get one, jump to another. Don’t sit silently with your broken heart; many options are there to reach at one goal. If you don’t get one at least you can crack another one, as I believe. Even now I have many options to reach at my destination but in my past life I had no options except medical so I got very much pain, even I didn’t have planned what to do next if I’ll not get medical but now I have many options to fulfill my dream if I’ll not get one then I’ll jump to another to reach at my destination. So always make a rough diagram of your goal & all possible career lines, which will help you to reach at your destination.

Explore and investigation

Remove the idea from your head the idea that you have to find the “right” career for you at this moment. Find out what you can do .don’t be pleased with short term success & don’t take any finial decision of your career in any bad situation. Always keep one thing in your mind time & tide waits for none , your time will not come back to fulfill your dream, so always focus on long term goal & work according to that . Ask your parents & near dear people what are the different career lines, share your ideas with your teachers they also can help you a lot here. Investigate on different careers lines. Then explore your dream. So before choosing any career line think again & again how much it will be suitable for you, collect all the information about your career. Then take any decision. Don’t take any blind decision & don’t be so confuse for your future.

Identify your gifts

Everyone is good at something. It’s okay if you haven’t found out what that is yet; I promise you it’s there... If that seems too hard of a question, what do you like to do? Maybe a particular subject? What do you enjoy doing at home? When do you feel the happiest? What has someone gives you a compliment about? You may think that everyone is good at that one thing, but the’s not likely true. Start a list of what you enjoy doing and are good at and conversely what things you dislike and struggle with. Even if I am saying about me when I was child I didn’t know I can write poems or stories even I never expect one day that will turn into my favorite hobbies. Yeah, it’s true I love to write. I talk very less from my child hood days, so if anything happens with me I always write it down in my diary. now that turn into a hobby , even when I was 13 years old I had given my first poem for my school magazine ,at first my poem was rejected but finally my poem published in my school magazine in Oriya , English & Sanskrit . After that I fall in love with poems, I love to read different poems & want to gain different ideas. But sketching & paintings were my favorite hobbies from the beginning. So I wanna say god has gifted at least one talent to everyone, some explore it some can’t. So always identify your god gifted gifts & utilize it properly. You never know how much it can help you.

Don’t try to plan your entire career

Life always changes time to time so you can’t predict what can happen with you in future. So don’t plan for your entire future, anything can happen. Even I am saying about me I have planned manythings for my future “if I’ll get medical then what I’ll do” but my all plans go in vain when I didn’t get. So don’t plan,  yes  ! plan how you can reach at your destination. But don’t plan for entire life. Plan for short period, as you never know what may happen with you in future. If you will survey you will surely find very few people who have stayed on the same track or same goal /same plan. Life brings us surprises and opportunities that are impossible to predict – that’s what makes it fun!! Today’s world of work is changing at an unprecedented rate of speed and it is impossible for you to plan your career more than a few years in advance. So plan for long-term, but keep it flexible.

Life values

Do you see in your imagination anything in particular about where you’ll be living or what you may be doing? It’s okay if you’re not sure. In your life you may get many opportunities to try new things and understand what is important to you. Open yourself to these chances and use them as steps to learn about yourself.

What kind of talents I have?

What I actually wanna be & what i can do?

Sum all these & choose a line which is most suitable for you. You know yourself better than others, others may judge or mark you but no one can know you better than yourself. So you know what you can do. Don’t wait for right time & right moments, start from now. But every time before doing something makes a plan. Planning will help you to reach at your goal in a discipline way. 

Choose people around you

You can’t do all works alone, so choose like minded people & make friendship with them. Share your thoughts, united work then be sure one day you will surely reach at your destination. always make friendship with open  & positive minded people , when it's about business or reach at your goal , be sure you are not doing any mistake to choose people around you. They can make you or break you. so be aware of that. choose people wisely . all should have one goal , then only it will be possible to reach at your goal. because different people different ideas , which will help you to do something different.
