MY FIRST JOB INTERVIEW

Today was my first interview in my whole career as when I was in engineering I don’t have interest in Jobs that’s why I even didn’t sit for placement. It doesn’t mean I have problem with Back paper or career, I actually don’t have interest but slowly slowly I gotta understand the importance of JOB & self independent life, That’s why Recently I applied for many jobs even selected for many, that’s different issue why I didn’t go for any personal interview, within 1 weak I have attended near about 6-8 telephonic interview, sometimes package is not suitable & sometimes post is not suitable for me, as I wants to be honest with my job. I can’t do those jobs where I don’t have interest as I don’t want company suffer for a single employee. That’s why I chose jobs where actually I have interest.

Finally I attended one 1 interview in real life that’s on today. WIPRO is my all time best choice, I don’t know why, even I followed WIPRO in Twitter too & applied for many posts, finally selected for this TECH/BPO Jobs (Attend international calls & consumer services). I got a message yesterday in 2.15 PM , but for the technical students the timing was 20^th – (10-3) whereas I got a message in 2.15 PM , but I saw the message in 5 Pm as I was busy in project work in PHP + JAVA , even I didn’t have any document with me as I am doing courses staying at my uncle’s house, that’s why I couldn’t underdone what I’ll do within a night as in next day means 21th is last day for reporting & reporting time was 10 AM-3PM , my papa mailed me my all important documents  by 7 PM , but I gotta know about this by 8 PM . at that time I didn’t get any net parlor , if I got then it’s not secure to open my Gmail as one computer & many people are there to access their Gmails / personal work , purely insecure & I can’t take risk here . that’s why I decided to get the Xerox on 21th means on today , after attending my Advance JAVA class I move to Patia @WIPRO but I found all most all Xerox shops were closed at 10 AM that’s why I go here & there to get the Xerox but when I failed after taking all kind of steps , I reach at @Wipro by 10.35 AM , I was in perfect time but I was not perfectly prepared  , my dress code was semi formal but I was trying to be confident even I didn’t get any mail what I should take with myself , that’s actually confuse me , I asked one guy about this -he told me telephonic message is enough that’s why I sit with full confident . when HR group came  , I also didn’t know for which post I am prefect as I got message like TECH/BPO , when he asked me to show my resume , I request sir & told him my problems then he told me he is there for entire day , “Go & bring your resume first” even before that I already attended one Telephonic interview & there I have told my weak points where I am strong & where I am weak as per my resume. after taking the permission , I further go back to get my resume , for the first time in my life I asked for lift to a guy then I get one auto to get my Xerox , some Xerox shop were opened but in everywhere either the computer system is failed or no Xerox machine is working properly or no owner is there ,finally that old auto uncle took me to a one of his known Xerox shop to get my Xerox , finally I finished my all worked within 11.15 & reached @Wipro by 11.40 . But they rejected my application for BPO as I am from IT Branch but they messaged me either BPO or TECHENICAL, I was eligible for TECHNICAL Part only. But I got the message either BPO / TECHNICAL , but I did one greatest mistake I gave my resume which I applied for advertizing or website development or social media manager , that was my greatest mistake I ever did , without correcting this part  I gave my resume to the HR -

“ Goal-oriented professional seeking Entry level assignments in Web programming languages like HTML , CSS , PHP & JAVA or Blogger & Social media Manager or Advertising with a leading organization of repute.”

This is my greatest mistake I ever did in my resume part, the resume which I applied for these jobs I got the printout of this resume. Then a well soft spoken lady HR was also there who told me , it’s ok , come with me for Technical . As this is my first interview I didn’t have any knowledge how to say & what to say. That was my major fault, as I never faced any interview before even I didn’t go for any coaching too. then she told me You are not eligible for International calls , I can give you domestic calls , are you ok with it I said yes then she told me I’ll ask you about BHUBANESWAR be prepare then she gave me a form to filled up & took interview of a girl, after 10- 15 minutes she called me . then she asked me TELL ME ABOUT YOU, MY BIRTH PLACE , ABOUT MY WRITINGS ETC. ETC. , no doubt I was feeling nervous like I was giving a college viva , same appearance but the only difference was this is job & that was my college mark . finally she asked me about my school days experiences & about writing , even she told is it copy paste or you wrote by own (POEMS) . I told I may be poor in vocabulary but I can write English well to express my feelings , she asked me why customers are important for a company then I told her , in this competitive world customers are the only people who can rise your profit & give value to your company . we can’t ignore them , they have great importance , then she asked me why you want BPO job – I told her I love to communicate with all , national even international people even I love to write , it’s a great way to publish my writing (this line was My major negative point , deduct my mark most probably what I think. after saying I realize my mistake , but it’s true TRUTH always comes first from my lips) , then she asked me why you are poor in speaking but good in writing – I told her I am not good in communication , I am trying to make myself strong in speaking (even I know it’s my major weak point. this also true that I am weak in communication skills especially in interview case or facing any debate.) I can speak well but I take some time to think. So finally she told apply next MONTH after you become strong in communication skills. I smiled & left even I knew I am going to lose my Job due to FIRST IMPRESSION IS LAST IMPRESSION and my first impression was bad due to MY RESUME , DIDN'T BRING MY DOCUMENTS & CAME FOR INTERVIEW ,but here I don’t have any fault. Nothing was mentioned in message even this is my first interview & nobody is there to help me here .

Still I am happy, waiting for future interview with great hope with great post.
